Vintage Book Birthday
Nancy Drew was the Birthday Gal's favorite heroine as a young girl, so I repurposed them to create a unique party invitation to celebrate her 40th birthday. Do not worry; books weren't injured while making this invitation! They were a hit with everyone and will be cherished.
Design, Production & Assembly: Julie Davidson
Materials used: Vintage Nancy Drew books, decorative ribbons, a custom-written story invitation, and a fortune reader that unfolded to reveal trivia questions for a party game.
Garden Theme Birthday
The little girl and her mother hand-delivered this cute garden party invitation to friends and family. I initially planned to crumble chocolate cake to create "dirt," but decided against it.

Materials: Gift box, rubber stamps and ink, decorative paper, silk flowers, hand-cut elements, and a flower brad to attach to the invite flap
Dinner Gala
Our client friend is an extrovert of the highest order. She wanted a tactile invitation that would stand out from all the others circulating during the holiday season. I wanted to include a bandage in the envelope as a nod to the pin, but I got vetoed.

Materials: Card stock, metallic paper, vintage dress pattern paper, spray adhesive, hand-cut snowflake, and straight pin

Baptism
Baptisms don't always have to look so serious … and this one definitely embraced that.
