This family's sauce has been made in small batches to share with friends and family for decades. Only recently has Kristin started selling this sauce to the public on a small stand at the edge of her property. All sales are honor-based, and sales have been brisk.
She thought about how making sauce with her large family required excellent communication. She realized she could apply her marketing acumen to teaching people how to communicate and make sauce simultaneously. The one-day Hosted Waterfront Retreat by Saucy was born on the shores of Vashon Island, Washington.
I designed a sell sheet and postcard to generate interest in this unique team-building corporate retreat. I also brainstormed ideas for future branding opportunities, such as the ubiquitous wooden spoon with the logo and tagline engraved or printed on it.
